Heating Thermostat
To turn on the radiators, simply turn the knob clockwise without touching the on/off button. To turn them off, turn counterclockwise.
Air Conditioning
To activate the air conditioners, you must first insert the key into the designated slot and activate the electrical circuit. Only after activating the circuit will the remote controls work correctly. The key is found in the provided keyring.
Usage instructions:
🔑• Insert the air conditioning key into the designated slot
⚡• Turn the key to activate the electrical circuit
📱• Use the remote controls to adjust temperature and mode
🔄• Always turn off the air conditioner and remove the key when not needed
Waste Collection
Follow the waste collection schedule. Put out trash from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the bins by exiting the alley to the left as shown in the photo. To open the bin, use the black key on the keyring.
Entry Keypad
To enter the house, use the numeric keypad. The code will be provided via message before your arrival.
Usage instructions:
📥• ENTRY: Enter the code + press the checkmark button ✓
📤• EXIT: Pull the door to close + click the lock button (bottom left) to lock
